We are here for you!  As a public health response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Hands On Health Associates, LLC (HOHA) will continue to provide essential services to individuals seeking mental health and substance use support.  All of our services are available to be conducted through telehealth.

HOHA will continue to adhere to existing safety protocols to ensure that we remain vigilant in protecting the overall health of our clients, employees, and community.  As New York State guidelines and recommendations change, we will make the necessary adjustments to our service delivery.

Remember - The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to the virus.  Let us continue to work together to prevent the spread of this virus and follow the CDC recommendations:

• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing.
• If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 70% alcohol.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• Stay at least 6 feet (about 2 arms' length) from other people.
• Wear simple cloth face coverings or a mask.
• Stay away from crowded places and avoid mass gatherings.
